1. Acceptance
By creating a TryZevar account or using the TryZevar app, you ("shop", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. TryZevar is provided by Nitesh Jewellers, a proprietorship based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
2. What TryZevar is
TryZevar is a beta (early-access) tool for jewellery shops: it lets a shop owner upload a customer's photo and a jewellery item's photo, and generates an AI-composited image showing the customer wearing that item. It is a sales-aid, not a certified or guaranteed rendering — see Section 5 (Disclaimer).
Being a beta product, features, pricing, and generation limits may change with notice posted on this page or communicated via WhatsApp/email.
3. Eligibility and your account
- TryZevar is for business use by jewellery retailers, not individual consumers.
- You must provide accurate shop details at signup. Shop verification (photo/GPS) may be required to activate or keep an account active.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Your responsibility for customer photos
You must have the customer's permission before photographing them and uploading that photo to TryZevar to generate a try-on preview. You are solely responsible for obtaining that consent — TryZevar has no way to verify it and takes no part in the interaction between you and your customer.
- Do not upload a photo of anyone who has not agreed to it, including from someone else's phone, social media, or catalogue without their consent.
- Do not use TryZevar to generate misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
- You confirm you have the right to use the jewellery photos you upload (your own stock, or supplier/catalogue images you're authorized to use).
5. Disclaimer about AI-generated images
Every image TryZevar produces is an AI approximation, sized using the scale calibration you provide (a coin or facial measurement) — not a certified, to-the-millimetre rendering. Colour, lighting, and finish may vary from the physical piece. TryZevar images are a decision-aid for your customer, not a substitute for viewing or trying on the real jewellery before a sale is finalised. Neither you nor TryZevar should represent a generated image as a guarantee of exact appearance.
6. Plans, photo credits, and payment
- The first month includes a free allowance of photo generations, as stated on the pricing page at signup.
- Paid plans include a monthly allowance of photo generations; generations beyond that allowance are billed per-photo at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time.
- Unused photo generations do not carry over to the next billing period unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
7. Ownership of generated images
You own the images generated from your sessions and may use them for your business (e.g. sending to your customer on WhatsApp). You grant TryZevar a limited licence to process the photos you upload solely to generate that output — we do not use your customers' photos to train any model or for any purpose beyond generating your requested image.
8. Service availability
TryZevar is provided "as is" during this beta period, without an uptime guarantee. Generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure (currently Google's Gemini API) and may occasionally be slow, unavailable, or return an error — in which case no photo credit is charged for that failed attempt.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TryZevar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (such as a lost sale) arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid TryZevar in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using TryZevar and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse as described in Section 4.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of TryZevar after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
